Session Rates
I am in-network with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, including Blue Advantage, Blue Options, Blue Select, Classic Blue, and the North Carolina State Health Plan. I am not in-network with BCBS Blue Home.
I am out-of-network for other plans. If your insurance provider is out-of-network, I can provide you with a superbill at the end of each month to submit to your insurance company. Depending on your specific insurance plan, you may have full or some coverage for services that are out-of-network.
In person and telehealth outpatient therapy sessions are 50 minutes long and cost $140 per session. Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy sessions are 55-60 minutes long and cost $195 per session. Payment is expected at the time of service. I do offer some sliding scale positions in my case load, and clients are encouraged to discuss financial needs with me as they arise.
For both in and out-of-network, I recommend calling the number for your insurance company on the back of your insurance card in order to check on fees, copays, and deductibles before the first session. Please see the Resources page for more information.

No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask that you please let me know via text or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you notify me less than 24 hours before the appointment, you will be required to pay the late cancellation fee according to the following schedule:
First late cancellation: $0
2 or more late cancellations: full session rate of $140
If you miss your appointment without any notification, you will be required to pay the no-show fee, which is my full session rate of $140.
